Adam Lake
Fitness Professional

Hello, my name is Adam, over the past 7 years I have served a spectrum of people including professional athletes, youth and mature clients and discharged physical therapy patients. I have a strong background in competitive power-lifting and sports. During my residency as a student at San Diego State University studying kinesiology I learned the scientific benefits of fitness in addition I have witnessed the positive psychological effects of exercise while serving as a physical education instructor. Adam Lake fitness is a product of combining best pedagogical practices with my fitness knowledge.

James Sanders (Pro Athlete)

James Sanders is a professional athlete who is an instrumental advocate of Adam Lake Fitness and relies on my training to prepare him for each football season.









 

Dan Pfaff (Coach)

Coach Dan Pfaff is widely regarded as one of the world’s top track and field coaches, having coached 33 Olympians to seven medals and 45 World Championship performers to ten medals. Currently Dan is a coach/director at the Olympic training center and supporter of Adam Lake Fitness.

 

Dr. Todd Plutchok (Chiropractor)

Dr. Todd Plutchok is a sports physician who works with the general population and professional athletes. He brings an essential balance to Adam Lake Fitness. Optimizing your health can only be achieved in an injury free state. Todd demonstrates the best practices to keep your body in physical condition to perform.  Utilizing a blend of Chiropractic and Active Release Technique, Dr Todd helps athletes prevent overuse injuries and optimize their performance.
